SHIPPING
Please see the top of our website for the most up to date information on shipping delays. Normal order processing time is 3-5 business days, if no delays are posted at the top of our website. Please note the shipping method you selected at checkout is in addition to the processing times. If your order has not shipped and it is past the processing time please email us at: slimejunkies1@gmail.com for an update. Typical ground shipping timeframe is approx. 2-9 days, approx. priority is 1-3 days, and international is approx. 2wks-2months. These are just estimations and can change greatly depending on the carrier, time of year, weather delays, and unforeseen delays.

Hours of Operation
We are open Monday through Friday 8-5 eastern time. If you email us outside of our normal business hours we will respond back to you within 48 business hours.

Closures
We are closed for all Federally observed Holidays and weekends. If you contact us during one of these days we will respond back to you within 48 business hours.
