Who are we?

We are a family owned local small business in Ontario, Ohio.

How did we begin?

Momma, the slime maker found her passion for making slime after getting addicted to playing with slime. After a few months of just playing with slime she went to her kiddos and discussed opening a slime shop. Then the research and development began and continued on for 7 months while she worked to perfect each texture she could possibly make. During this time she shared her many creations with dear close friends and family whom gave great feedback to help with the development of the final slime textures. During this time momma discussed many slime business names with the kiddos finally landing on Slime Junkies as this best represents our passion for slime playing and making. Daughter kiddo quickly went to work to develop the business logo and then design our very detailed shipping boxes that have a 90's feel to them. We hope you love them as much as we do! You can see one of them here. Next we went to Fiverr and found a great artist to draw us Bella our mascot dachshund that is drawn after momma's very own Bella! Many moons passed by and we got loads of supplies in and set up shop in our detached garage. Son kiddo worked so hard setting up all the shelves and his shipping station. He also helps package and label slime jars with momma. Daughter kiddo works so hard on all of our cute jar labels getting them just right for momma. Together we are Slime Junkies and we hope you enjoyed reading about how we begun.
